Kudos on a well-thought-out recipe book…for Americans.
But what about English readers in other countries, most of whom are metric. Perhaps we’re not important to you, or you assume we’ll figure out the conversions ourselves. In some cases, maybe so. For the rest of us, it’s annoying, a constant reminder of being second class where American publishers are concerned. Sorry, I’m disappointed.
