  1. My favorite pesach food is brownies. I got the recipe from an old high school teacher of mine and I make at least 5 batches every year. I send them to friends and family who don’t necessarily like to bake. I would love to add new recipes to my Pesach repertoire!

  2. Fav Pesach food is… chocolate! 🙂 And any dessert in which chocolate is found.
(As you can see from my boring fav Pesach food, I would make good use of a Pesach cookbook! ;-))
    Thank you for the contest!!

  3. My favorite food on Pesach is avacado/ guacamole, which suddenly takes on a whole new delicious taste when it’s one of the only dips allowed on Pesach!

  4. I make these delicious gefilte fish balls that are always a huge hit and brownie cake that I can’t get enough of (I almost like it better than my chometz version).

  5. I absolutely love jelly thumbprint cookies! They raste incredible. Whenever I make them I hide them before pesach because theyre usually sone before the seddaim even start! I wish i could make them during the year but all my cookbooks are locked away until pesach. Cant wait to make them again this year!

  6. I would have to say my favorite is the blondies my children make. They are so addiciting and yummy. My kids always make the best food!

  7. I so wish I could tell you my favorite Pesach food, however I am not sure. This will only be my second year observing and I am so greatly excited to learn more and more and have the privilege of having a favorite. This cookbook would do that for me. 🙂

  8. My favorite Pesach food is my Pesach mandel bread. It is my mother’s (A”H”) recipe and when I make it, the delicious aroma and yummy taste remind me of my beautiful mom who loved to cook and bake for us. Her mandel bread was the best – she added the secret but most important ingredient – lots of love! I miss her so much!

  9. My family’s favorite recipe is chocolate mousse pie. The irony is I found the recipe in the Junior League of Chicago cookbook forty years ago and have made at least 2 every year since. I love the challenge of cooking for Pesach and am increasingly using more fruits and veggies.

I would love to win this cookbook and use the recipes for the many guests that grace our seder table.

  10. I would love to have this book! I am not very savvy with cooking kosher/holiday meals and this would be extremely helpful….especially given that I usually host the first Passover Seder meal.

  11. My favorite food on pesach hands down is the marror and charoset at the Seder (which is kind of ironic because it should be really resembling bitterness and pain)
