My favorite pesach food is brownies. I got the recipe from an old high school teacher of mine and I make at least 5 batches every year. I send them to friends and family who don’t necessarily like to bake. I would love to add new recipes to my Pesach repertoire!

I absolutely love jelly thumbprint cookies! They raste incredible. Whenever I make them I hide them before pesach because theyre usually sone before the seddaim even start! I wish i could make them during the year but all my cookbooks are locked away until pesach. Cant wait to make them again this year!
I would have to say my favorite is the blondies my children make. They are so addiciting and yummy. My kids always make the best food!

I so wish I could tell you my favorite Pesach food, however I am not sure. This will only be my second year observing and I am so greatly excited to learn more and more and have the privilege of having a favorite. This cookbook would do that for me. 🙂

I love pesach food. Salads are the best fresh.
My favorite Pesach food is my Pesach mandel bread. It is my mother’s (A”H”) recipe and when I make it, the delicious aroma and yummy taste remind me of my beautiful mom who loved to cook and bake for us. Her mandel bread was the best – she added the secret but most important ingredient – lots of love! I miss her so much!

My family’s favorite recipe is chocolate mousse pie. The irony is I found the recipe in the Junior League of Chicago cookbook forty years ago and have made at least 2 every year since. I love the challenge of cooking for Pesach and am increasingly using more fruits and veggies.
